- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
- Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
- Completing analysis of the employee expenditures.
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data.
- Handling and maintaining petty cash.
- Return filing taxes on FBR online portal.
- Able to make Sales tax invoices.
- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
- Follow-ups and communication with customers for the recovery of payments and resolving their billing issues.
- Experience with accounting software and data entry.
- Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets.
- Dealing and submitting contributions to (SESSI, EOBI, Property tax etc.)
- Ability to work independently.
