Global Hub Customs Services LLC is looking for an experienced Accountant & Admin Officer to handle accounting, HR, and daily office operations. Applicants with logistics or customs clearance background will have an advantage.
Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Record daily accounting transactions
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers
- Handle VAT filing and month-end reports
- Reconcile bank statements, clients, and suppliers
- Assist with payroll and financial reporting
Admin & HR
- Monitor and secure employee attendance
- Prepare monthly timesheets
- Maintain staff files, visas, contracts, and leaves
- Handle company renewals (trade license, insurance, etc.)
- Support office operations and documentation
Logistics & Customs (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Dubai Trade, Mirsal 2, BOE
- Understanding of freight forwarding documentation (BL, DO, Manifest)
- Coordination with shipping lines, transporters, and clients
IT Support (Bonus)
- Basic troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems
- Ability to support our platform MasarLink (optional)
Requirements
- MUST be currently living in the UAE
- 2–4 years UAE experience in accounting/admin
- Logistics or customs clearance experience is a plus
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills (QuickBooks / Zoho / Tally)
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
Languages
- English (required)
- Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog or others (advantage)
