Job Title: Accountant & Administrative Executive

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain daily accounts, including tracking income, expenses, and bank transactions.

* Manage fund inflows and outflows, and ensure timely payment of salaries, fees, and

vendor bills.

* Prepare utilisation reports, fund appeals, receipts, and other financial communications.

* Draft professional emails and correspondence related to financial and administrative

matters.

* Handle inventory management, procurement of materials, and office supplies.

* Coordinate administrative tasks including record keeping, filing, and reporting.

* Liaise with vendors, staff, and stakeholders for smooth financial and administrative

operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).

* 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or administration.

* Proficient in written English; capable of drafting professional emails, reports, and

appeals.

* Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office.

Skills & Competencies:

* Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial records.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

* Strong organizational and Communication Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
