Job Description – Accountant & Administrator
We are looking for a responsible and organized Accountant & Administrator to manage daily accounting activities and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records
- Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and office documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
- Handle filing, data entry, and document control
- Manage office supplies and administrative requirements
- Assist management with reports and operational tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting and administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Knowledge of VAT and basic financial procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
