Accountant & Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily accounting records, invoices, and payment entries.
  • Follow up on customer payments and supplier invoices.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and basic financial reports.
  • Manage office administration, filing, and document control.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and office records.
  • Maintain company documents, licenses, and VAT-related records.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics teams.
  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of accounting and administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in trading, industrial supplies, or oil & gas companies is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
