Accountant & Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records, invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
- Follow up on customer payments and supplier invoices.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and preparation of basic financial reports.
- Manage office administration, filing systems, and document control.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and office records efficiently.
- Maintain company documents, licenses, contracts, and VAT-related records.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics teams, and service providers.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Provide basic sales support by preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with customers.
- Assist the sales team with order processing, documentation, and customer communication.
- Support customer registration, vendor onboarding, and tender-related documentation through SAP Ariba and other procurement portals.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting and administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and accounting software.
- Experience working with SAP Ariba, supplier portals, or e-procurement platforms is preferred.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of sales support, quotation preparation, and customer follow-up.
- Experience in trading, industrial supplies, manufacturing, or oil & gas companies will be an advantage.
- UAE experience is preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
