Accountant & Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily accounting records, invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
  • Follow up on customer payments and supplier invoices.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and preparation of basic financial reports.
  • Manage office administration, filing systems, and document control.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and office records efficiently.
  • Maintain company documents, licenses, contracts, and VAT-related records.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics teams, and service providers.
  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Provide basic sales support by preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with customers.
  • Assist the sales team with order processing, documentation, and customer communication.
  • Support customer registration, vendor onboarding, and tender-related documentation through SAP Ariba and other procurement portals.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of accounting and administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and accounting software.
  • Experience working with SAP Ariba, supplier portals, or e-procurement platforms is preferred.
  • Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Basic understanding of sales support, quotation preparation, and customer follow-up.
  • Experience in trading, industrial supplies, manufacturing, or oil & gas companies will be an advantage.
  • UAE experience is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
