Accountant & Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records, invoices, and payment entries.
- Follow up on customer payments and supplier invoices.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and basic financial reports.
- Manage office administration, filing, and document control.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and office records.
- Maintain company documents, licenses, and VAT-related records.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics teams.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- 1–3 years of accounting and administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in trading, industrial supplies, or oil & gas companies is preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
