Accounting & Finance
- Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day transactions, including accounts payable (processing vendor bills) and accounts receivable (generating invoices and collecting payments).
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit cards, and petty cash.
- Payroll: Assist in processing payroll and employee expense claims.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports like balance sheets, cash flow, and profit & loss statements.
- Compliance: Maintain tax forms and assist with internal or external audits. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Administration
- Office Management: Handle office correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail) and greet visitors.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel or accommodation logistics.
- Procurement: Monitor and order office supplies, tracking inventory levels to prevent shortages.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external suppliers regarding billing discrepancies and service agreements. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. [1, 2]
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a dual administrative and finance role. [1, 2]
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel. [1, 2, 3]
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of numerical accuracy and professional integrity. [1, 2]
