Job Title: Accountant & Admin Executive

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Preference for candidates residing nearby)
CTC: Up to ₹ 3 LPA

Role Overview

A dual-role opportunity for a proactive and independent professional. The selected candidate will manage both accounting and administrative/export documentation responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting:

  • Finalise accounts and maintain complete financial records.
  • Work on Tally for:
  • Invoicing & billing
  • Issuing cheques
  • Managing export/legalisation-related financial documentation
  • Track and follow up on pending payments.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports.
  • Handle GST & TDS compliances.

Admin & Export Documentation:

  • Prepare and process export-related documents (Apostille, Health Certificates, COO, etc.).
  • Coordinate dispatch and receipt of courier packages (inbound & outbound).
  • Manage client communication:
  • Attend incoming calls and address queries
  • Follow up via email on document status & service updates

Candidate Profile

  • Hands-on experience with Tally, GST, and TDS
  • Strong skills in account finalisation
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership and work flexible hours
  • Must reside near Navi Mumbai / CBD Belapur

Work Timings

  • Regular Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Flexibility: Ability to extend when required
