Accountant and Logistics Executive - Industrial Solutions Trading Company

Apt Resources is seeking an Accountant and Logistics Executive to join our client’s team, a reputable provider of industrial solutions based in Dubai. This role combines accounting and logistics responsibilities, supporting both financial operations and supply chain coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial processes while managing the flow of goods and documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting activities including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
• Maintain financial records and assist in preparing financial reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Coordinate logistics for industrial equipment, tools, and technical components
• Manage import and export processes, including shipping and customs documentation
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal technical teams
• Track inventory and support stock control of equipment and materials
• Monitor costs related to logistics and assist in budgeting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in accounting and logistics or supply chain roles
• Experience handling import/export documentation, preferably for industrial or technical goods
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting systems
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Salary: AED 6,000 - 7,000
