Responsibilities:
- Procurement Management:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies for cost optimization.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors for favorable pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage stock to avoid shortages or excesses.
- Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services by coordinating with suppliers.
Financial Management:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
- Reconcile financial statements and prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports.
- Assist with financial audits and maintain comprehensive financial records.
- Collaborate with the finance department on budgets, forecasts, and financial strategy.
Collaboration and Compliance:
- Work with internal departments to understand their procurement and inventory needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and ethical standards.
- Maintain positive and long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors.
