Accountant (Arabic)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Monitor project costs, expenses, and profitability
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
• Prepare tax filings and support audits
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Communicate financial information clearly in Arabic and English (if required)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 4–7 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting, cost control, and project accounting
• Fluency in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage
• Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and project-based accounting
