Accountant (Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant for a trading firm who is fluent in Arabic and English and available for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will handle financial transactions, inventory accounting, and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for trading activities
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, and inventory
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Monitor inventory costing and stock movements
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations
• Assist with audits and financial reviews
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
• Prepare invoices, LPOs, and delivery-related documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience, preferably in a trading or distribution company
• Immediate joiner is mandatory
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and costing
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks)
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus
• Experience in import/export or logistics accounting
• Familiarity with warehouse and inventory systems

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
