Accountant (Arabic Speaking) – Travel Industry Experience

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant (Arabic speaking) with experience in the Travel industry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Handle all accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Upload invoices to government and private portals and follow up on LPOs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records.
• Prepare various financial reports as required.
• Perform tax calculations, including VAT, Municipality Fee (MF), and Tourism Taxes.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile receivables with GDS and booking systems.
• Manage and calculate commission accounts and related transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience within a Travel agency in the UAE.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
