Accountant – Architecture Firm (Thane)

About Us

Joshi Deshaware & Associates (JD&A) is a leading architecture firm based in Thane, established in 1988. We handle large scale residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects across Thane. We are now looking for a skilled Accountant to manage and streamline our firm’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounts, ledgers, and vouchers
• Handle billing, payments, vendor reconciliation, and expense tracking
• Prepare and maintain financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, etc.)
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
• Coordinate with CA for audits and financial reporting
• Track project-based expenses and maintain client-wise account statements
• Assist in payroll processing and maintaining employee reimbursement records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• 2–5 years of accounting experience (experience in an architecture/construction firm is a plus)
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and GST/TDS filing
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial documentation
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
