We are seeking to hire Female Accountant Assistant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and payment documentation.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and management reports.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant Assistant, either in the UAE or abroad.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
