Accountant – Audit & Financial Advisory Focus (UAE)

We are looking for a strong Accountant with real experience in auditing, financial analysis, and business advisory — not just bookkeeping.

This role suits someone who understands numbers deeply and can help management make decisions, not only prepare reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
• Perform internal audit checks and improve financial controls
• Analyze profitability, cash flow, and business performance
• Build financial dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Support management with financial planning and advisory insights

Required Skills

• Strong Excel user (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis)
• Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools (or alternatives)
• Understanding of auditing procedures and internal controls
• Ability to interpret numbers and provide business recommendations
• Experience in retail, pharmacy, FMCG, or multi-branch businesses is a plus

Profile

• Minimum 3 years experience
• Accounting or finance degree (CMA / ACCA / CPA is a plus)
• Strong analytical thinking, not just data entry mindset
• Based in UAE or willing to relocate
