Job Title: Accounts and Back Office Executive

Job Summary:
The Accounts and Back Office Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the finance team, and handling administrative and clerical tasks related to the back office. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Accounts:
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Back Office:
- Handle data entry, documentation, and file management.
- Maintain internal records and organize digital and physical files.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
- Assist in inventory control and order processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
