Accountant - Bahria Town Phase 7 Islamabad (Full time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team with previous experience of in real estate/builders (preferred) or Articles with CA firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Maintain general ledgers and ensure accuracy of all financial data.
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparing tax returns.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Implement and improve accounting systems, processes, and controls.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to management for decision-making.

Requirements:

• MBA/ACCA/CA Inter preferred.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
