Accountant / Billing Specialist

B&H Surgical Instruments is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Billing Specialist to manage billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate billing, maintain financial records, and support smooth financial operations in coordination with sales and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue sales invoices and billing documents
• Verify billing accuracy according to orders and dispatch records
• Maintain accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments
• Record daily transactions and update financial records
• Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and export departments for billing support
• Assist in monthly financial reports and reconciliations
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in billing or accounting roles
• Good knowledge of invoicing and basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
