JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR BOOKKEEPER

Position: Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant

Location: Peshawar

Job Type: Full-Time

Office Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary Range: 30,000 to 50,000 as per experience

Job Description

Firm is looking for a dedicated and responsible Bookkeeper for office record management and accounts maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update ledger details daily.
• Manage stock-in / stock-out records with complete documentation.
• Reconcile vendor payments every month.
• Maintain invoice records, monitor payables and receivables.
• Prepare cash flow statements and basic expense summaries.
• Update petty cash and monthly expense sheets.
• Maintain and record inventory registers.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Intermediate / bachelor’s degree (Commerce or Accounting preferred).
• Strong MS Excel skills are mandatory.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or accounting software preferred.
• Fresh candidates may apply (training will be provided).
• Experienced candidates will be given preference.
