Accountant / Bookkeeper (Computer & Data Management)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper with strong computer and data management skills to handle daily financial operations and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with accounting software, spreadsheets, and digital systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and purchase entries
  • Perform bank reconciliation and track daily transactions
  • Prepare financial reports using Excel and accounting software
  • Manage and organize digital files and financial data
  • Ensure accuracy in calculations and reporting
  • Monitor expenses, budgets, and financial activities
  • Support management with reports and financial analysis

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, email)
  • Experience with accounting software
  • Good understanding of financial calculations and reporting
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Good communication skills
