Accountant & Bookkeeper (Office-Based, EST Time Zone) 7:00PM to 4:00AM PKT

Accute Tech House seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant & Bookkeeper to join our office-based team and support our international clients. The ideal candidate must be able to work full-time in the EST time zone and have strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and general accounting workflows. Responsibilities include daily bookkeeping, multi-currency bank and credit card reconciliations, AP/AR management, payroll coordination, monthly closing, and preparing accurate financial statements. You will collaborate with clients across the U.S., UK, Canada, and other regions, ensuring timely communication and consistent delivery of high-quality financial support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online
• Ability to work on-site and follow EST time zone hours
• Office time 7:00PM to 4:00AM Pakistan Time (Night Shift)
• Experience with international clients and multi-currency accounting
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
