Accountant & Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online) – Onsite (Lahore)

Pay Range: PKR 50,000 – 100,000 per month (based on experience) + performance bonuses

BookWise PVT LTD is a growing freelance financial services agency working with clients across the US. We specialize in accounting, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial advisory. To support our expansion, we are hiring motivated professionals to join our Lahore office.

Open Positions

• 2 Full-Time Assistant Accountants & Bookkeepers

Key Responsibilities

• Categorization and reconciliation of transactions
• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Preparing and maintaining financial reports
• Supporting US/European clients with bookkeeping needs
• Training will be provided for advanced tasks

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (Xero/AppFolio experience is a plus)
• Strong written Communication skills - English
• Prior bookkeeping/accounting experience (US client experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and reporting
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Atleast 2 years of experience working on accounting and bookkeeping
• Preferred: ACCA (part-qualified) / CA-CAF candidates

• Location: Muslim Town, Lahore (onsite)
• Timings: Night shift (aligning with US EST & PST) → 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Pakistan time
