Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Accountant / Bookkeeper/Office Manager , you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. experience in construction knowledge would be helpful.

Payroll• Accounts Payable• Accounts Receivable• Vendor/Customer Maintenance• AIA Billing• AIA Contracts• Lien Waivers• Purchase Orders (Subcontracts)• Quarterly Tax Reporting/Payments – State and Federal• Incoming & Outgoing Emails• Monthly Bank Reconciliation• Health Insurance Renewals – Annually• General Liability/Workman’s Comp/Auto Insurance Renewals and Audits• Change Orders• Year End Preparation• Answer Phones• Any and all requests made by the President/Project Managers on a daily basis• Ordering all Office Supplies• Filing all paperwork
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Appleton, WI 54912
