Accountant / Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Accountant / Bookkeeper/Office Manager , you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. experience in construction knowledge would be helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry, journal entries, and double-entry bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Reconcile accounts on the general ledger, balance sheet, and subsidiary ledgers such as accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Oversee payroll processing ensuring timely and accurate employee payments.
  • Conduct account analysis and account reconciliation to verify transaction accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly.
  • Utilize various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft 360 for efficient financial management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Appleton, WI 54912
