Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accountant who can independently handle Income Tax, TDS compliance, finalization of accounts, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate must have hands-on CA firm experience and be capable of meeting statutory deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Income Tax & TDS Compliance

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR)
• Computation of total income and tax liability
• Filing of quarterly TDS returns
• TDS reconciliation with Form 26AS / AIS
• Handling income tax notices and departmental compliance

Finalization of Accounts

• Preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account
• Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation
• Preparation of working papers and supporting schedules
• Coordination during Tax Audit and Statutory Audit

Bank Loan & Financial Documentation

• Provisional Balance Sheets
• Projected / Estimated Financial Statements
• CMA Data & Ratio Analysis and Stock Statements
• Coordination with banks for submission of documents

Software Skills

• Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)
• Compu Office Software
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – Advanced Excel preferred
• Bookkeeping & MIS reporting
