Accountant – Car Rental Companies (UAE)

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in car rental companies only within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of:
• Daily revenue and rental contract accounting
• Cash and bank collections tracking
• Bank reconciliation
• Operating expenses and petty cash management
• Advances and staff settlements
• Solid experience in UAE VAT (5%), including:
• VAT return preparation
• EmaraTax system coordination
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to prepare monthly financial reports:
• Profit & Loss
• Outstanding receivables
• Cash flow reports
• Experience with car rental accounting systems is an advantage

Skills & Competencies:

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Good understanding of car rental operations
