Collection Officer (Accounting Background)

Location: Kuwait

Salary: Up to 350 KD

Language Requirement: Arabic (Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Collection Officer with a strong accounting background to manage receivables and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in accounts receivable, client follow-ups, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections
• Coordinate with clients regarding payments, statements, and discrepancies
• Perform accounts receivable (AR) reconciliation
• Prepare aging reports and collection status updates
• Maintain accurate documentation of payment records
• Escalate long-pending dues to management when necessary
• Coordinate with the finance team for proper receipt posting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in collections and accounts receivable
• Strong knowledge of AR reconciliation and aging analysis
• Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting systems
• Ability to handle clients professionally and follow up consistently
