We're looking for a highly energetic and enthusiastic candidate for the position of Accountant Consultant. Here are the requirements for the available position.

Job Overview:

The Accountant will be responsible for managing the firm’s financial transactions and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role involves overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, preparing financial statements, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Recordkeeping:

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Monthly & Annual Financial Statements:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights into performance trends.

• Tax Compliance:

Assist with the preparation of tax filings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

• Bank Reconciliation:

Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Internal & External Audits:

Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and ensuring financial records are in order.

• Expense Monitoring:

Track company expenses and provide regular reports to senior management for decision-making.

• Financial Analysis & Reporting:

Help generate financial analyses and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.

• Process Improvement:

Collaborate with management to implement and maintain effective financial controls and streamline accounting processes.

• Regulatory Updates:

Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and tax laws to ensure ongoing compliance.

Education:

Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance (M-Com); CMA (Finalist) or ACCA (Finalist); CA preferred.

Language:

Fluent in English.

Experience:

2 years of experience in accounting and financial consulting. And must know about UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.

Skills:

Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.).

Benefits:

Visa and other allowances as per UAE Labor Law.

Salary:

AED 2500 to AED 3000 per month
