ACCOUNTANT (Contracting Industry Experience Required)

We are looking to hire a qualified Accountant with strong experience in the contracting industry. The ideal candidate must be currently based in the UAE and skilled in handling day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting and project-related financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting activities, including AP/AR, invoicing and reconciliation
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and project cost summaries
• Monitor expenditures related to contracting projects
• Assist in audits, budgeting, and month-end closing
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE contracting/construction industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
