Job Title: Accountant cum Admin
Location: Qatar – Sahara Uniform Trading
Sahara Uniform Trading is looking for an Accountant cum Admin who can manage daily accounts and also handle office administration work. The role supports our uniform production team and overall company operations.

Main Duties (Accounts):
- Record daily accounting entries for uniform orders and company expenses.
- Prepare client invoices and follow up on payments.
- Handle supplier payments for fabrics, materials, and tailoring needs.
- Track stock, purchases, and material costs used in uniform production.
- Maintain organized financial records and files.
- Prepare monthly reports and assist in budgeting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with tailoring and production teams for billing and order updates.

Main Duties (Admin):
- Handle daily office admin tasks.
- Manage documents, filing, and paperwork.
- Support staff with printing, forms, and coordination tasks.
- Assist with workshop and office requirements when needed.
- Communicate with suppliers and clients for follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth daily operations in the office.

Requirements:
- Experience as an Accountant (experience in trading or garments/uniform companies is a plus).
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally / QuickBooks / similar).
- Strong understanding of accounts, statements, and cost tracking.
- Good communication and admin skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Organized, responsible, and accurate in work.
- Must be able to work full-time in Qatar.
