Accounts & Admin
This role is multifaceted, requiring a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive support for the company's financial and administrative functions. Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including purchase bills, invoices, and expense reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable ledgers, following best practices.
- Assist with monthly and annual closing procedures, collaborating with the CA office.
- Manage GST (Goods and Services Tax) compliance, adhering to regulations and deadlines.
- Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
Inventory & Procurement:
- Oversee inventory management, including procurement, stock control, and reconciliation.
- Manage the procurement of office and plant supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain smooth supply chains.
Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain company files and records, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Handle professional correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
- Coordinate with external parties such as the panchayat (local government body) as required.
- Schedule and manage complex monthly and annual operations for the manufacturing and packing units.
- Provide extended administrative support to the Managing Director and Director.
- Perform all necessary duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Managing Director and Director.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Uphold company policies and procedures in all aspects of work.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security.
- Adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills.
