We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to manage the company’s financial records and support HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administrative functions, with the ability to multitask and contribute to both financial and admin management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and admin documentation.
  • Handle payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support visa processing, renewals, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and support payroll data preparation.
  • Ensure all legal/government documents and mandatory certifications are tracked and up-to-date pertaining to Trade License, Dubai Civil Defense, Dubai Municipality etc.
  • Monitor and ensure timely renewal of company documents including trade license, tenancy contracts, vehicle registrations, and insurance policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date logs and reminders for all expiring contracts, permits, and documents.
  • Handle Salik, fines, and other RTA-related documentation and online systems.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho book) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are important.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • UAE: 3 years (Preferred)
