Key Responsibilities Accounting Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records in Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks or relevant software
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and expense claims
- Manage bank reconciliation, petty cash, and daily cash book
- Support monthly closing, balance sheet, and P&L preparation
- Track vendor payments, advances, and settlements
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with CA and finance consultants
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office files, documentation, and records
- Handle employee attendance, leaves, and basic HR documentation
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory
- Coordinate travel bookings, meetings, and admin logistics
- Assist in procurement, quotations, and vendor coordination
- Support event arrangements, office maintenance, and housekeeping tasks
- Maintain employee records and field team documentation
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance/admin requirements
- Assist management with reports, MIS, and data compilation
- Support audit requirements and document submission
- Facilitate partnerships, vendor onboarding, and contract updates
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting & admin roles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/etc.)
- Strong communication and record-keeping skills
- Understanding of GST/TDS and basic statutory compliance
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
