Accountant cum Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tax invoices and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) for suppliers
  • Prepare and issue quotations to customers
  • Monitor and manage daily income and expenses
  • Generate monthly financial reports
  • Handle tax filing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate bookkeeping records
  • Coordinate with external auditors

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of accounting experience in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
  • Practical experience using QuickBooks
  • Excellent data entry and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in the construction or contracting industry is an added advantage
