Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare tax invoices and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) for suppliers
- Prepare and issue quotations to customers
- Monitor and manage daily income and expenses
- Generate monthly financial reports
- Handle tax filing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate bookkeeping records
- Coordinate with external auditors
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of accounting experience in the UAE
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Practical experience using QuickBooks
- Excellent data entry and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in the construction or contracting industry is an added advantage
