Medisure Medical Supplies LLC is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, integrity, and innovation. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant Collection to join our finance team and support our daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities/Job Description

• Manage AR transactions and update records in ERP system
• Prepare and issue customer invoices
• Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding payments
• Reconcile customer and supplier accounts
• Record and allocate incoming payments accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams on billing and invoice processing
• Process vendor payments and maintain financial records
• Handle bank transactions, cheques, and PDCs
• Support tax compliance and finance operations
• Prepare weekly and monthly collection and penalty reports

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

-Basic understanding of accounting principles

-Good communication and analytical skills

-Must have experience as Accountant in Medical company or hospitals
