Job description:

The Accountant Cum Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring excellent customer relationship management. This role requires a combination of financial accuracy, communication skills, and client service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Handle daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, and receipts.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and balance sheets.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions.
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate with auditors and management for periodic financial reviews.
  • Maintain inventory and sales records for reporting and analysis.

Customer Relations Duties:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.
  • Assist in follow-ups on payments and provide account-related clarifications to clients.
  • Support the sales and service team in ensuring smooth client onboarding and after-sales service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,428.64 - ₹30,000.00 per month
