Accountant Cum Customer Service Representative (Female)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive female professional to handle both accounting tasks and customer service responsibilities. In this dual role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth financial operations while also providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Duties:
• Manage daily financial transactions and recordkeeping.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Customer Service Duties:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide clear and accurate information about services.
• Resolve customer issues.
• Maintain and update customer records in our system.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide excellent post-purchase support and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Knowhow in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
