We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant cum Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with company policies and UAE regulations.

  • Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial reports
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and petty cash
  • Prepare VAT filings and assist with audits
  • Organize and control project and office documentation (soft and hard copies)
  • Ensure proper filing, retrieval, and archiving of documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments for document flow and approvals
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all time
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of UAE accounting standards and document control practices
