The Accountant cum HR Executive plays a pivotal role in managing financial operations and human resources functions

This dynamic professional will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while also managing HR activities such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to monitor financial performance and inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
  • Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate and support recruitment processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lakdi ka pul, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
