Nirman Academy, a reputed educational institution in the field of Interior Design, Architecture, and Professional Skill Development, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant cum HR Executive for its Manjeri branch.

The candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, payroll, HR operations, staff records, and statutory compliance, ensuring smooth and professional office administration.

Key Responsibilities:Accounts & Finance:

  • Maintain daily accounts, cash book, ledger, and bank reconciliation
  • Prepare vouchers, receipts, invoices, and expense reports
  • Handle fee collection records and student account management
  • Manage payroll processing and salary disbursement
  • Coordinate GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
  • Work with CA for audits and financial reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance / HR (B.Com preferred)
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in Accounting & HR role
  • Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software
  • Basic knowledge of GST, payroll, PF, ESI
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential data professionally

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in education sector / training institute is an advantage
  • Candidates from Manjeri or nearby locations preferred
  • Responsible, disciplined, and long-term oriented professional

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
