About LOGIX:
LOGIX Project Management (Pvt) Ltd is a leading construction and project management company delivering high-quality projects on time. We are seeking a dedicated Accountant cum HR professional to manage our finance, taxation, and HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Taxes:

  • Maintain financial records, ledgers, and project-wise accounts
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and project cost tracking
  • Generate and issue invoices to clients, follow up on payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
  • Ensure timely filing of all applicable taxes (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax) and maintain compliance with tax laws

HR:

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities for construction staff and office employees
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management
  • Process payroll and ensure statutory compliance (EOBI, PF, labor laws)
  • Coordinate employee engagement, training, and performance reviews

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting and HR, preferably in construction
  • Strong knowledge of taxation (Income Tax, Sales Tax, WHT) and labor laws in Pakistan
  • Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office
  • Knowledge of construction project accounting and cost tracking
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and high integrity
