Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Taxes:
- Maintain financial records, ledgers, and project-wise accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and project cost tracking
- Generate and issue invoices to clients, follow up on payments
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Ensure timely filing of all applicable taxes (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax) and maintain compliance with tax laws
HR:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities for construction staff and office employees
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management
- Process payroll and ensure statutory compliance (EOBI, PF, labor laws)
- Coordinate employee engagement, training, and performance reviews
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting and HR, preferably in construction
- Strong knowledge of taxation (Income Tax, Sales Tax, WHT) and labor laws in Pakistan
- Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office
- Knowledge of construction project accounting and cost tracking
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, professional, and high integrity
