Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile professional to join our team as an Accountant cum HR Executive with a strong background in IT. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations, HR processes, and provide IT support to ensure smooth business operations. This role requires multitasking abilities, analytical thinking, and proficiency in accounting, HR management, and IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with statutory filings.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management.
Human Resources:
- Handle end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
IT Support:
- Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in maintaining IT systems and software applications.
- Manage IT vendor relationships and coordinate maintenance/upgrades.
- Ensure data security and regular backup of critical information.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or IT-related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, HR, and IT support roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of HR software and payroll systems.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
