About the Role:

A prestigious medical centre specializing in Dermatology and Stem Cell treatments is seeking an Accountant cum HR professional to support daily financial and HR operations. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing dual responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting Functions:

  • Handle daily bookkeeping, expense tracking, and data entry
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
  • Assist with preparing monthly financial reports
  • Maintain petty cash and support basic financial reconciliations
  • Coordinate with external accountants when required

HR & Administrative Functions:

  • Assist with recruitment coordination and employee onboarding
  • Maintain staff files, HR documentation, and attendance records
  • Support payroll preparation and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Coordinate internal communication and support clinic operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in accounting and HR/admin roles
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, invoicing & expense tracking
  • Experience in HR operations (onboarding, attendance, payroll preparation, records management)
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR procedures is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and support overall clinic operations
  • Immediate joiner highly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
