We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Accountant cum Office Administrator. The successful candidate will handle a combination of accounting and office administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, handle financial data with precision, and provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Enter accounting and financial data accurately in Excel.
  • Verify and reconcile basic transactions.
  • Maintain records of expenses, receipts, and other accounting documents.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for any clarifications.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Prepare vouchers, day to day cash transactions.
  • coordination with accounts section and auditors as needed.

Office Administration Duties:

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other communication channels in a professional manner.
  • Ensure proper handling and filing of office documentation.
  • Manage general office operations, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 2 – 4 per week
