Bond Project Management is a growing interior fit-out and general contracting company handling diverse projects across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and beyond. We specialize in interior works, landscaping, MEP, project management, and civil contracting. To support our operations, we are looking for a dedicated Accountant cum Office Admin to join our team.

Role Overview

The Accountant cum Office Admin will be responsible for handling both financial and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires someone detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including daily accounts, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, bills, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, VAT filings, and petty cash.
  • Manage company emails, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for quotations, deliveries, and payments.
  • Monitor office expenses and maintain proper filing systems.
  • Assist management with financial reports and administrative support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant, Office Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books preferred) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
