Accountant cum Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers, process invoices, receipts, and payments, reconcile bank statements, and ensure accuracy of financial statements.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, assist with budget preparation, and manage payroll processing.

Office Administration: Handle office supplies and equipment, coordinate meetings and appointments, manage correspondence, and support HR activities like onboarding and maintaining employee records.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Coordination: Organize company meetings and events, liaise with vendors and suppliers, and manage office correspondence.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience: Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.

Skills: Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting software , strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
