Key Responsibilities1. Property Listings Management (Primary Responsibility)
- Create and upload property listings on portals such as:
- Property Finder
- Bayut
- Dubizzle
- Ensure listings are:
- Accurate
- Updated
- High-quality with proper descriptions
- Coordinate with agents for:
- Photos & videos
- Listing approvals
- Pricing confirmation
- Track listing performance and expiry dates
- Remove outdated or sold/rented listings
- Maintain listing database in Excel / CRM
2. Real Estate Documentation & Admin
- Maintain records for:
- Listing agreements
- Tenancy contracts
- Commission agreements
- Developer forms
- Prepare documentation for:
- Leasing deals
- Sales deals
- Property management onboarding
- Coordinate with:
- Agents
- Developers
- Property owners
- Clients (documentation only)
- Manage office filing and document organization
3. HR Coordination Support
- Maintain employee files
- Assist in:
- Interview scheduling
- Offer letter preparation
- Onboarding documentation
- Track:
- Attendance
- Leave records
- Visa renewals
- Broker onboarding checklist
- Support employee exit documentation
4. Accounts & Commission Coordination
- Prepare and track:
- Brokerage invoices
- Leasing commission invoices
- Property management fee invoices
- Follow up for:
- Outstanding payments
- Commission collections
- Maintain payment tracking MIS
- Support accounts team in:
- Expense documentation
- Receipt collection
- Data entry
5. Office Operations Support
- Handle day-to-day office coordination
- Manage office supplies & vendor coordination
- Prepare internal communications & notices
- Support management in operational follow-ups
- Assist in meeting coordination

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
