ARC Decor & Contracting is seeking a dedicated and organized Female Office Administrator to join our office in Mussafah 16. We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented and capable of managing administrative tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administrative tasks and documentation.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
- Maintain organized filing systems for projects and contracts.
- Assist in coordinating office supplies and basic operational needs.
- Support the team with general clerical duties to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements & Details
- Gender: Female (Preferred).
- Visa Status: Must be on Husband’s Visa.
- Salary: AED 2,500 per month (All-inclusive).
- Location: Candidates living in or near Mussafah will be prioritized.
- Skills: Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per hour
