- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and files.
- Process accounts payable (invoices, vendor payments) and accounts receivable (receipts).
- Manage petty cash and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports.
- Help prepare basic financial statements, reports, and support budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies.
- Handle general office correspondence (emails, calls, mail).
- Manage office supplies inventory and ordering.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize company events.
- Provide secretarial support and maintain office filing systems.
- Ensure a positive and organized office environment.
