Accountant cum Operational Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accountant cum Operational Manager who plays a critical role in ensuring seamless financial operations and compliance within the organization. This position is responsible for maintenance of accurate accounts, billing, reconciliations, and managing daily operations. Collaboration with Finance, Operations teams, and external auditors is essential to support audits and management reporting. Success in this role is measured by accuracy of financial reports, timely regulatory submissions, and effective issue resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records
• Handle billing, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
• Manage day-to-day office and operational activities
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Ensure statutory compliances and support audits
• Prepare MIS, financial reports, and management dashboards
• Assist management in process improvement and cost control
• Monitor operational efficiency and ensure timely task execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Operations: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CA Inter certification (Required)
