Accountant cum Payroll Officer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Prepare employee leave settlements and final settlements
  • Handle statutory deductions and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Maintain payroll records and employee financial data
  • Coordinate with HR for employee benefits, leave records, and compensation updates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
  • Proven experience in payroll management
  • Strong knowledge of employee leave settlement and final settlement processes
  • Understanding of HR rules, labor laws, and statutory compliance
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
