Accountant cum Payroll Officer
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time

Prepare employee leave settlements and final settlements

Handle statutory deductions and ensure compliance with labor laws

Maintain payroll records and employee financial data

Coordinate with HR for employee benefits, leave records, and compensation updates

Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related field

Proven experience in payroll management

Strong knowledge of employee leave settlement and final settlement processes

Understanding of HR rules, labor laws, and statutory compliance

Good analytical and numerical skills
